CASE STUDY 1: Putting Technology to Work
OBJECTIVE
A local office supply dealer in North Carolina wanted a Web presence that would make them “larger than life”. Their owner passionately believes that technology is key to their success, so he hired PureRed Creative and GA Communications to create a new Web site that would bring together functionality and navigation efficiencies, along with a fresh, new design that would exemplify the cutting-edge way Regency approaches business.
SOLUTION
PureRed and GA created a dynamic new design for the client, with vivid colors, impactful product images and clear, easy-to-use navigation. We facilitated copy development to ensure that content was written in formats that were quickly and easily scannable. We worked with the client’s third party vendor who facilitates their e-commerce solution, to ensure that these pages would be visually consistent with the custom pages. The site also provided customers with interactive access to printing and promotional materials that were supplied by other third party vendors, as well as a “flip catalog” that customers could browse online.
RESULTS
The result of our efforts was a Web site that offered the client’s customers greater functionality in a user-friendly, cutting-edge Web site, while giving the client a new persona that captured their image as a leader in technology. The client was very pleased with the end results. Moreover, they have received positive feedback from their customers, who love the look and functionality of the new site.
